From one meeting to forever.

Dr. Evonne Kaho and Honor Camper met on September 4, 2025, at a conference in Washington, D.C. At the time, Honor was living in Seattle. What began as a simple meeting soon became something much more meaningful—a connection built on trust, communication, laughter, and the feeling that they had found a very special kind of love.

Over the following year, they talked every day. They shared laughter and tears, supported one another through life's moments, and created memories that brought them closer together. Through it all, Honor came to know that Evonne was the one—not only because of her warmth and unwavering support, but because of the way she loves and shows up for her family and chosen family.

Then, one day, in the midst of an ordinary conversation, they began talking about marriage. There was no hesitation, no uncertainty. The conversation felt natural, as though they were simply putting words to something their hearts had already known.

They both knew this was the life they wanted to build together.

And so, with love in their hearts and excitement for all that lies ahead, Dr. Evonne Kaho and Honor Camper are getting married on January 23, 2027.
